Man-made environmental disrupting chemicals (EDCs) may have estrogenic chemical potency akin to 17-b estradiol: they are additive and cumulative in the host’s lipid stores and interfere with normal biological function. There are 300 potential carcinogens in a newborn’s blood and the number and concentration is increasing exponentially. The San Diego University6 toxicology research center found that the urine concentration of Round Up®, glycosate, increased 100% every year since the study began 15-year ago. SEX is important not only to reproduce the species, but to mankind’s every day survival. The United Nations reports that infertility rates among 30-year-olds are increasing by 5 to 10% per year. The movie entitled Children of Men portrays worldwide infertility: no longer a foregone fantasy.

Pieces of plastic are found in our blood stream7 and the chemicals identified in human lipid stores. While the pharmaceutical manufactures of pesticides publicly denounce any correlation, we need only look at the 40-year history of
diethylstilbesterol (DES) exposure. It took more than 40-years, but unquestionably the in-utero female offspring have a two-fold increase in breast cancer8 and an eight-fold increase in neonatal and fetal loss. Phthalates are linked to outbreaks of endometriosis and breast cancer9, increases in rare cancers are clustered around chemical plants, and the world of researchers note it is not only Chernobyl in Russia or the recent nuclear leak in Japan that raises fear of radiation poisoning destructive to future generations.
The article entitled “The Sins of the Fathers” in Newsweek in 2006 predicted this scenario subsequently. These chemicals are inducing an epidemic of autoimmune diseases greater than CoVID-19. CoVID-19 sets the example for the end-stages of autoimmune disease with Cytokine Storm’s morbidity and mortality.
Breast Cancer
Breast Cancer: 1st in the WORLD in-vitro IMMUNE TESTS BREAST CANCER affects 1:8 women. 3.5 million living with it in US. 5-yr survival can be as low as 28%.
Surprisingly, in the analysis of the first two patients with early and after triple negative breast cancer status-post chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, the in-vitro laboratory analysis showed that selections from the 12 natural hormones were able to stimulate her natural anti-inflammatory, cancer killer cells! The increase in T-lymphocyte count, hemoglobin, proteins, lowered insulin levels and reduction in inflammatory markers is a first in the medical literature.
Furthermore, the selected hormone therapies were shown to increase survival in end-stage metastatic disease by 15 months, each. The immune system of women is uniquely opposite to that of men: inflammatory disease of the Müllerian duct (uterus, endometriosis, cervix, breast) cause increase Estrogen Receptor-beta levels. Other diseases, such as active Crohn’s have reduced levels in both men and women. Remission in endometriosis follows reducing ERβ (IRB). As breast cancer is a state of high ERβ disease, an in-vitro pilot study showed in-vitro that AAS therapy had potential to improve natural immunity in BC, TNBC.

“Abstract
INTRODUCTION:
A 31-year old woman with stage VI endometriosis unresponsive to leuprolide acetate was scheduled for total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hemicolectomy at John Hopkins Hospital. We hypothesized that the protocol medications with similar but stronger biochemical effects than danazol or gestrinone on sex hormone–binding globulin and free testosterone might offer better suppression of endometriosis.
METHODS:
The protocol focused on biochemical mechanisms: 1) lowering estradiol to immeasurable levels and reversing (2) high sex hormone–binding globulin and (3) low free testosterone. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved intramuscular medications of 50 mg Nandrolone and 20 mg Stanozolol were injected weekly (buttock). Nandrolone’s unique properties are its 1) strong affinity for sex hormone–binding globulin; (2) ability to block androgen receptors; displacing testosterone, estrogens, and endocrine disrupting chemicals; and (3) its progestational activity preventing conversion to estradiol and dihydrotestosterone.
RESULTS:
Stanozolol lowered sex hormone–binding globulin from 280 nmol/L to 28 nmol/L (90%) in 8 weeks. With the addition of nandrolone, the serum testosterone increased from 12 ng/dL to 128 ng/dL (10-fold). The free androgen index increased from 0.012 to 1.37 (100-fold). The patient discontinued pain medication, remained amenorrheic, delayed surgery, and resumed marital relations. Her bone density and weight remained stable. She reported no hirsutism on 200 mg Spirolactone daily. Laboratory tests revealed normal blood count and liver functions. The patient has remained on continuous therapy for 3 years with no intent to discontinue either medication.
CONCLUSIONS:
The author theorized that protocol medications successfully blocked sex hormone–binding globulin androgen receptors, thereby interrupting the continuing propagation of endometriosis by estrogens and endocrine disrupting chemicals.
